This 3 level Queenstown holiday home includes warm and bright open plan living on the middle level - stay snug and toasty indoors with amazing views to complete your Southern escape, or set yourself up for relaxed al fresco dining when the weather is warmer - the private courtyard and BBQ area is perfect for laid back holiday living.

Located on the lower level, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and look out to gorgeous lake and mountain scenery. The level 3 studio has external access only, and also includes a queen bed. To complete your convenient group set up, there is a full bathroom on level 1 plus an additional toilet on the middle level in the main house, as well as a shower and toilet in the studio to make it self-contained.
